VECTOR VARIO

Vector Vario is a high-precision paragliding flight instrument designed to deliver real-time flight-condition insight by combining a compensated (total-energy) vario with true air-data sensing and advanced logging.

What it does

• Total-energy (compensated) vario to reduce “false” climb/sink caused by pitch and speed changes.
• Airspeed measurement using a differential-pressure sensor (Pitot/Prandtl principle) with static + total pressure ports.
• High-resolution 3D wind intended to stay usable even in transitions, plus netto (vertical air-mass movement) features.
• IGC+ GPS logging (“black box”) for advanced post-flight analysis, including richer flight dynamics and environment data than standard IGC alone.

• Wind-tunnel optimised aerodynamics for stable measurements in turbulent air.
• Universal riser-compatible mount; compact body with a simplified interface (single button + LED).
• Strong audio output designed to remain clearly audible in flight.

Connectivity & configuration

Configure and manage the device via the Vector Vario Configurator over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) (smartphone, tablet, or computer). It supports log transfer and software updates, and can also be used as a ground anemometer / visual glide tool.
